cleaning dash

hey whats the best waqy of cleaning a stained dash.. i used to use reducer and worked ok but takes the colour out..well this dash doesnt seem to need painting so what would i use to clean it?

Maybe some rubbing alcohol? I used some of that to clean off my interior pieces before tweeding, and there we're a few stains and they came out...

I think it would be beneficial to know what caused the stain. For instance if the stain was caused by an oil-based substance then I'd recommend using something like Goo Gone to cut through the grease. Follow up with a good protectant like 303 that contains UV protectant, and doesn't contain any silicone or petroleum products that can cause your dash material to breakdown. Try to avoid using abrasive or harsh chemicals.

I saw a thing on an RV show where they were using a "Mr Clean - Magic Eraser" to clean the dash of a $100K motor home.... Was going to try it but never got around to it.

Yeah that Mr Clean Eraser shit does work pretty good. Try that.
