Re: clay bar
Clay bars will NOT make the paint shine. It will not make a "visual" differance in the paint apperance. What clay does is remoive "embedded" crud from the paint. Like Rail Dust, small metal particles that will rust over time. It's like slivers of metal. Also it makes paint polish work better as it doesnt have to deal with the embeded crud. I clay using car shampoo as the lube. I wash, rinse, then re soap once section say the roof. Then while the soap is still threr I rub the clay. You will feel the crud on the paint. Once the paint feels smooth re wash then rince. Do this for the whole truck. Then polish, then wax or seal.
