Chrome Moldings

Im about to repaint an older Ford Truck, and the moldings and grille that came off of it, are chrome but need attention. They're not really rusty, but have that hazy oxidized look to them. They still have some shiny spots but are probably 90% hazy. Out of curiousity I put on a little 3m Perfect It 2 buffing compound and it didn't look too bad. I was wondering if anyone knew of a product for buffing chrome that will really make it shine up well and look good that doesn't cost 35.00 for about a quart of it such as my 3m Buffing Compound does.

Re: Chrome Moldings

Try the Mothers chrome polishes..., Forrest has some good products that are available local and do not cost a lot
