Thumbs up Cd-2

awesome stuff, sure its probably been posted on here. used mean green engine degreaser first about three times, taped off alternator, sprayed engine down, came back in 20 minutes and BAM engine looked like new. ill get some pics tommorow. it might even be good on dumbo mirrors if you want to keep them black.

Re: Cd-2

I have got that stuff. It does look good but I thought it would not attrack dust as fast as it did, but it does. The best stuff I have used to date is Sheila Shine. It is the only stuff that made the engine look new & stayed on for many months without getting dusty. The only thing is it is like a wholesale product for cleaning companies & whatnot. I have found a case of it online for about $80. I had a couple cans of it that lasted forever so even though it is expensive it does last.

one day down and it looks good so far. what will happen to the cd-2 if I try and lightly clean it when it gets dusty?

Re: Cd-2

It will be fine. You just take a towel to it & it looks pretty good. It is probably the easiest way to get it looking good, for something that you can just pick up at your local auto store. I just was hoping for a little less dust problem.
