best stuff to clean stock xtreme wheels?
any tips or certain brands of cleaner?? Ive heard using the wrong stuff can mess the wheels up.. The X weels arent really "chrome"

Soap and Water.
If it's caked with brake dust, then you'll have to get the right type of cleaner, because yes, the wrong cleaner will damage rims. IIRC, those wheels are clear coated. Someone correct me if I am wrong. Hell, simple green, diluted down of course, will get them clean. Or even Purple Power. I don't use a lot of over the counter products.... |

I use p21s wheel cleaner. PH balanced, non-acidic. Pricey, but good. For heavier soiled wheels I've been using spray n rinse. Also use a seperate sheepskin wash mitt for scrubbing too fwiw.

my dealer uses heavy degreaser for rims. i tried it out. works pretty nice actually. leaves them shinnier then soap and water.

meguiar's gold wash cleans mine up nicely cuts through the brake dust without scrubbin and leaves em' shinin'
