To clean the dash and door panels, that will not leave a residue or make them shiney?

Well when the dealership detailed our new car, its as if they rubbed through the color layer and there are little blue specks on the corners of the dash/door panel. Water will not take it off, and I'm not going to put Castrol Superclean on it. Not to mention the painted on pinstripes have specs ALL over the car. And these most annoying black specs all over the paint too. This is the 3rd time I've detailed it in a week, so we're going back to the dealer and taking it to the bodyshop.
