back window help!

i just got a lexan back window put in. and the glue stuff that holds it to the slot the window sits in, it set perfect the 1st day and the next day it got all nasty and stuff, and i drove it home with all my windows up so it couldnt be from flexing, and the glue is all over, is there anyway i can like remove it w/o damaging the window? ill have pics tomorow
