any seen the new meguiars synthetic?

website says its out feb, but no one around here has it yet. called NXT tech wax. from the video clip they show it looks pretty good. I figured they would have to jump on the polymer wax bandwagon. Anybody tried it yet?

just remember guys its not the wax that gives you the bling, thats the polish, BUT the new NXT is good stuff. synthetic products are getting pretty good these days....

yeah, i figure a good run through with swirl remover and glazing first would surely help. black paint is the devil!

Re: any seen the new meguiars synthetic?

there are several ways. I am just getting into this, as my bright blue sonoma didn't show the swirls. my black one. I just finished my dad's truck (99 silverado indigo blue). it was heavily swirled, as we race at a dirt track and this is the hauler. I started with a claybar, followed by meguiars pro. swirl remover, meg. pro finishing glaze, and a coat of wax. The swirls are still a little visible, but not bad. you can do all of this by hand, just make sure to pick up some good 100% cotton towels and use seperate towels for each step.

80% of swirls comes from the applicant, dont use pressure, just let the rag and the product do the job.
