Re: aluminum wheel polish
I have heard good things about the powerball. I have also heard good things about Eagle One Nevr-Dull. Mother's is pretty good as well.

Re: aluminum wheel polish
the mothers billet alum. polish works alot better then the never dull. you can get the same product in the long run, the never dull just takes forever.
i use a powerball, i love it. |

Re: aluminum wheel polish
I tried using the never dull on one of my polished aluminum wheels last week and it was such a bitch to get off and didn't shine very good, so I used mothers on the other 3 wheels and it was so much easier to buff off and left a nicer shine.

Re: aluminum wheel polish
Don't use Nevr Dull. It's a waste of your time, and like said, it's incredibly hard to get off. Stick to Mother's and you won't regret it.

Re: aluminum wheel polish
ill tell you what, i used to use the billet polish with my powerball, but i always had to use a ton, and it was kind of awkward to work with. well i ran out yesterday and tried some mothers chrome polish with the powerball...****ing amazing. being that its a liquid it is alot easier to use with the powerball, and i got the same brilliant shine that i got with the billet polish. if your using a powerball, pick some up and at least try it, its not expensive.
if you're polishing by hand though, stay with the billet polish, cant go wrong. |

Re: aluminum wheel polish
What's with the flour. i've seen it mentioned a few times but haven't tried it yet. What does it do different than the polish alone, anybody have some more insight into the flour. I use Mothers Billet with a powerball, awesome shit man.

Re: aluminum wheel polish
Mabey the flour is used to add some texture to the polish so when your polishing its like taking rieally fine sand paper to it. I dont know....but I used the alum/mag polish and it has some type of silicone in it which I think protects the shine longer than normal products. I love the mothers billet polish....it rocks!

Re: aluminum wheel polish
www.flynndist.com
His aluminum polish is badass. It completely owns anything Mothers that I've ever seen. We used Mothers on a wheel and it did good, but went right back over it with Flynn's stuff, and it got so much crap that Mother's left on there. I would definately recommend Flynn's polish, and then get his Sealant that goes on like a wax after you polish. Stuff is awesome. |

Re: aluminum wheel polish
Mother's Billet is by far the best. I was a Meijer the other day and they had alot of car cleaning items on clearance including Mother's Billet Polish regular 12.99 and I got it for 4.99. A hell of a deal. Also has anyone tried the new Meguiar's polish?
