Re: This good quality paint?

It's not bad. What are you looking to do with it? PPG makes a pretty good Urethane, the color stays and does not fade or change, has a lot of pigment. Good for a daily driver, or a repair panel, but if your looking for a show truck, you need to go another direction.

DCC single stage is great paint. Nothing wrong with it at all. Unless its a metallic or pearl and then any single stage is a pain.

Re: This good quality paint?

i used concept on a fender, the first time i ever sprayed out of a gun 3 years ago at school. i took the fender home as a trophy and to show off to my parents, then i tossed it behind the shed. it's been back there for 3 years and everytime i grab a part from behind the shed, the dcc concept 9300 looks like glass still. perfect.

i also used concept on a set of z28 wheels, and they held up to maybe 4 months of driving before i sold them, no chips. it's easy to spray, and extremely durable.

i will most likely use concept on my truck when i paint it, but the price of hrf is kinda tilting me that way.

how much for a gallon on concept and hardner and reducer?
