Hey orange, how much did the rag run you? im looking foward to possibly getting this done in the future. Either the bigger one you have, or craig's ragtop over at blazinlow. Does it leak at all and you have to manually push it back correct?

yeah it a huge hole and i love it.... no leaks yet since i have not left it in the rain for long...it rained on it today pretty hard and no leaks...but it was a short time... and it cost me under 800 to do it...and labor was free since i did it.... |

hey man i got it cut out just now .. the frame fits perfect and the cuts are straight.. wasnt that hard just took alot of measuring over and over to make sure it was lined up over all it was fun..... and i want to do it again lol.... the space in between the hole u drilled to mount the frame did urs buckle from bolt to bolt that space in between.. i didnt drill my holes yet but i have seen and had people tell me it did??? i was wondering if urs did when u tighted them down??? dave ( 98layinframe ) has been helpin me on the truck since i started and he came up with a idea to prevent that buckling in the metal.. he explained it to me real quick and i kinda have the idea in my head something about reinforcing the metal with a strip of steel where the holes are drilled i think to prevent buckling?? ill let ya know once we do it ill have a better vision of it.. but for now ill talk to ya lata and ill have some pics up of my night tonight soon if ya want to see em...
