spray in bed liner

is that walmart spray in stuff good. I got a box for a 4 wheeler that has a radio and stuff in it that i was thinking bout using that bed liner stuff from walmart. the box is made out of 3/4 mdf. PLus i got a lil storage building that is floored with advantech osb/chip board and i was thing bout using the walmart bed liner to on it. well it stick to wood good? i was going to use the gallons thop not the spray..let me know.thanks
