Snugtop hard tonneau - need a couple pics
Hey guys,
I bought a used Snugtop hard tonneau cover, and it didn't come with all the parts. I have the tonneau, the mounting bracket for the front of the bed, and the shocks and mounts for those. My 2 needs: 1) There's supposed to be something else so the tonneau has something to go against the latches when I lock it. Anyone have a pic? 2) I need to know where the shock mounts are supposed to go - I don't have an install diagram or anything. Basically, how far forward/back are they supposed to go? Thanks. -Jess |

Anybody? I'd settle for any brand of hard tonneau just to give me some ideas of where it should be.

Here you go...just snapped these..
The center of the shock bracket is 25" to the center of the bracket from the inside of the tailgate: ![]() Wow...crappy pic... This is the bracket that the lock engages: ![]() Last edited by Rhotpursuit : 07-01-2008 at 08:15 PM. |

But don't use it as a comparision for where to mount to struts on the hard tonno he's talking about, the Wolf one has the hinges further back and the Snugtop hinges at the start of the bed. |
