quick question cali combo

when i welded up my last cali it was a little flimbsy in the middle would it be a good idea to weld something to the backside of it to make it more rigid. any input or pics would help out much. gracias

i just did a ranger and i had to weld tabs off my bracing to the fullskin to keep it from flexing. the main reason it was flexing though was becasue it had 48in LED in it. my S10 just has the standard bracing where the tailgate use to be.

i guess i could weld some tabs i was thinking about tacking a solid rod over the back and then weld that to the bedsides but tabs sound a lot easier
