wow u know alot, big wheels came from lowered cars and trucks first, big wheels on 4x4s came around a few years ago.

I seriously doubt that they made molds of this. Unless proven other wise by a build thread. I'd venture to say fiberglass was laid over the foam. Effectivly, the body would have a lot of foam core construction. So in a accident they are likely to have chunks of fiberglass with foam attached to it flying everywhere. But, agreed, shaving and shaping foam is an excellent and extremely plausible method for creating ornate shapes in fiberglass that wouldn't other wise be possible. Awesome build.........and yes......there has got to be a serious shit ton of hours into that.
