Re: New grille
eh, not a fan, maybe because its chrome. But i think the sonoma headlights look better than the dime ones with that grill. Also never have been a fan of the SS valence. But its your truck whatever makes you happy bro!!

Re: New grille
I like it in chrome, but the headlight needs to be fixed. Billet grill would finish it off nicely. Did you use a lines style S10 grill? How is it attached to the GMC grill or is it just sitting in place? I'd do something like that on my Blazer.

Re: New grille
Meh. I dunno. It just doesn't fit those lights at all. Not tryin to be a dick just stating my opinion. Theres just too many gaps where sh¡t doesn't line up right. And again, just my opinion, but id lose the bumper cover, wheel moldings, faux ss emblems, pinstripe, roof rack and chrome handles. Other than that, its a cool truck

Re: New grille
How does it not fit those lights? It looks like a GMC Sierra grill like this. I really like it the more I look at it. I'm wondering how it would look using a "mesh" style grill with the lower filler piece to fill up some of the gaps on the bottom.

Re: New grille
S10 lights go straight down whereas the grille is angled. So the grille goes over the edge of the headlights but leaves like a 3/4" gap on the corner lights. If you were to glass the gaps shut and smooth and paint the shell bodycolor it would look alot better IMO. Especialy with a billet grill.

Re: New grille
IMO needs more work to look right with all the gaps and stuff that doesn't fit up quite right, but i had the same idea a few years ago and photoshopped it, if you smooth it out it, will look great

Not a bad idea. Any side shots? It looks like the grille sticks out about 3" further than the headlights.

Re: New grille
Dude that looks great! Never seen it pulled off that well. Just adjust your headlights right or fix the grill on the passenger side, whatever is making it look off. But its different and cool, i'd buy one.

Re: New grille
So all you had to do was trim the inside edges of the gmc grills and the inner edges of the s10 bar of it's grille? Are the s10 bars not floppy? Did you have any problems with the chrome flaking where you cut the pieces?
