Re: hot rod flatz!!

i dont think so. id have to see them in person. im just in love with that vanilla color. i originally wanted a flat white, but when i saw the vanilla shake it was all over... until i saw the mint, haha. still leaning towards vanilla, though.

Re: hot rod flatz!!

there arent any light colors really in the pearls/metallics. the california suede looks okay, but i do not want a silver vehicle. the old gold looks cool, but i want a lighter color. wish they made a vegas gold, or a lighter shade of gold.

that vintage burgandy is very cool, but again, i want to stay light.

Re: hot rod flatz!!

Here is HRF Silver Sled. I f&*cking love this paint. Very easy to work with. Over all had a great experience with it.

This is HRF Silver Sled with SpiesHecker Semi-Gloss 8070 over it. Notice the slightly greater sheen to it than the others. The semi-igloss over the HRF gave it an extremely deep silky satin look and feel. (Reason for the semi gloss top coat was to seal the airbrush work.)

no....you can lay a flat clear coat over it if you want but you basically just lay down the paint and to clean it spray it down with windex and its a wrap.

Re: hot rod flatz!!

JACKEL: your trucks just simply amazing man. love the silver sled and airbrushing. the silver sled was actually my second choice

Ive been lookin at different HRFs for the past couple weeks and i think this is the one i decided to go with (i only picked from colors that i saw painted on actual cars) Twilight Black Mettalic

So heres a couple pics i found of it on a ranger (Im gonna see if its possible to get without the mettalic)

the mettalic
