Help needed with leaking sun roof

Well with Tropical Storm Fay dropping some rain here in Daytona, I just found out that my sun roof's weather sealing ability has been compromised. Now it has rained prior to this storm but not as much over such a long time.

When I got in the car there was no water, but once I hit the gas some sloshed out from the rear seat side of the sunroof, when I hit the brakes I'd say a cup full came out of the windshield side of the sun roof.

With that said, is there a drainage system that may have become clogged, or am I just doomed to having this leak when there is such a deluge of water? This was A LOT of water, and I've owned 2 Firebirds with T-tops, so I know what in cabin rain feels like.

Re: Help needed with leaking sun roof

For future references:

I did see drain lines, but it looked like the were disconnected, they were also dry. In any case, the screws that attach the in-cab part of the sunroof to the on-roof part were loose allowing water and air in. Tightened those up while the rain stopped, and then, as usual, it started to pour. I had no puddles pouring or even a drip.
