i don't know the exact color of the truck... the previous owner told me it was lime green with a white pearl on top... imo its to bright... attention getter, sometimes not good...

Sweet! It's just kind of nice to have threads like this so I can just sit and look through and see tons of pictures of trucks to play around with ideas, not jsut color, but other things soem of the trucks have too.

Fairway green looks pretty cool, I like the dark greens the best, but the GM emerald green has to much blue in it.

If I could afford to get my truck painted I'd do a two tone black and dark green and the black to have green metallic flake in it.

Not 100% positive, but pretty sure its emerald green with pewter bottom.

hey if anyone has photoshop can you do me a favor and mess with the colors and change the pewter to black and either repost or pm me...i have to get some rust repaired, and want to change it to black and maybe do it with bed coating for durability and just want an idea of what it will look like...thanks!

thanks, but i need to get a fair amount of rust fixed on both sides of the bed, the 3rd door bottom and both the rockers so if everything is going to be sanded I would like to coat it in something that will protect more than just regular paint

Yeah, I have a lot of rock chips along the bottom of my truck. ZR2s are a bitch at picking things off the ground and throwing them up. I was washing my truck today and noticed some new ones, and a good red scratch or something, looks like some retard with a red car hit my truck right on the plastic fender and left red scuffs, took awhile to clean that off. (it had a layer of mud on it all winter so I didn't notice any of it before)

I was going to just put truck liner under the doors to get a lot of the rock chips covered.

Green and black go good together too. Maybe leave those plastic LS trim moldings on when you truck line it, that should protects against door dings better.

your right i have the same color combo on my truck, and it is emrald green with a pewter botom, ive even got the origonal window sticker to prove its emrald green.
