Custom paint question

I am going to paint a few helmets for a friend who got a custom chopper a few months ago. He wants to get the helmets to match the bike but I am having a hard time deciding if the orange in the flames is a candy or just a base color. What do you think?

looks like just a base...if anything maybe just a little white pearl in it?

if he is using hok, that yellow is lemon yellow and the orange is molly, i dont think its a candy. its probably a piss thing orange that was airbrushed. and the blue is hok lite blue striping urethane.

I am thinking it is yellow with a Kandy orange over the yellow base.

a thinned opaque orange out of an airbrush will make it look like that. it looks kind of grainy on the fades like it was an opaque.

if it was hok, then it was those colors.

i could duplicate that with the colors i mentioned. it would look the same from that pic.

im assuming, but i figure since its a bike, most bike painters use hok bases.
