wrk n' progres is on a distinguished road
bodyworking stepshavers

i have the abs plastic shavers what all prep has to be done tho them sense there plastic?? and can you fill them?? thanks for any help

u can fill them yes...... i did the filler work....primed wit flex addative...blocked with 220 then 320 then wet sanded with 800 base cleared with flexaddative......the flex isnt really need but we had it at the shop so i said what the hell

so what should i sand it to before filling like 180?? than what filler is there a special one for plastic or will my evercoat work??and does primer/paint need a adhesion promotor??

U will need a plastic specific filler, lord fusor makes a great one Tr9 is the number on it.

80-180 on the abs should be fine ABS is rather hard so it does not fuzz so bad. Adhesion promoter never hurts, bulldog is rather cheap just read the directions carefully...

tr9 is kinda pricey......you can use regular glaze on abs.....
