26s on a 98 s10 blazer

Ok ive seen 24s on blazers and no lift was needed. Do you think if I ordered a 3" lift I could fit them? Also if anybody could find some pics I didnt really find any..

Re: 26s on a 98 s10 blazer

im sure you could. If you keep the same size tire its only going up 2 inch and the lift is 3. But the question is, why, b/c its going to look horrible

Re: 26s on a 98 s10 blazer

At least it's a suv riding high. Not as bad as cars. But still why lift a vehicle to throw low pros under it? Look's bad. Even the 22's-24's with low pro mudders look bad imo.

You can't just do the math. Just because you lift a vehicle 3" doesnt mean you can put a 3" larger tire on there.

dude... wasting 5k on huge ugly ass wheels is so stupid...the trend is pointless what does it accomplish? nothing... big lifts= ability to go offroad lowering=show lifting and putting huge stupid wheels=trashy and pointless.

jesus... this post has insecurity written all over it

lets not be throwing around racial staples and stereotypes as inaccurate as they are, because we all know what your ugly donk is associated with

and just because its expensive, doesnt make it good, i know a guy that blew most of his settlement from an injury on building a bike, he bought the most expensive parts he could find no matter what it looked like.... we all laughed because it was the ugliest hunk of shit we'd ever seen, he stripped it down and redid it...

jealous? not in the least, you couldnt pay me to drive around in that

i usally keep my mouth shut but

HAHA !!!!!

so mini truckers like to stuff big wheels and rednecks like to lift the trucks. so if you want to lift ur truck and put 26's on it. thats makes you a mexican redneck with a jacked up lowrider truck ? i'd rather NOT jackoff my money on wheels thats going to essentially causes my truck to wear out all the drivetrain and brake parts. SO DONT CRY WHEN YOU ASK OPINIONS AND GET THEM. and pretty pretty please dont be mean to me on the infonets.

HA, what a tool !!!

Re: 26s on a 98 s10 blazer

ohh god do i love reading these kinda of threads. Ok lets try and summarize this thread so far.

Quote: Originally Posted by 98blazeron6s

No it doesn't work that way. Why try and be so cheap in buying a body lift? Also dont they only make a 2" body lift for the newer trucks and blazers? If so that would hurt you even more with trying to turn those ghetto rollers inside the wheel wells.

Quote: Originally Posted by Draggin97

that is a good question, though you should know better then that, big ballers like these guys dont worry about petty things like brakes!

Quote: Originally Posted by 98blazeron6s

yeah donks are ugly, thats pretty much it. so your hating on lifted trucks too? wow, ok lets compare. rednecks lift there trucks, brotha's lift there donks.. same so far.hmm On these lifted rides, rednecks run a larger tire which allows them to continue hauling the rated load capacity of the truck, and improves the off road capacity of the truck. brotha's normally run the biggest heaviest rims they can stuff on the rig with the tiniest tire. The ride is horrible due to the no side wall, they can no longer carry heavy loads since the tire will most likely shred itself as the rim eats the sidewall alive over bumps. And anything other then nice smooth roads the vehicle runs the risk of destroying the rims... off road? what the hell is that?

bagged trucks and low riders.. well guess ya might as well start hating on every street rod, hot rod, or custom classic cruiser out there since most of those are lowered alot from there factory height not to mention alot of them are bagged too.

Quote: Originally Posted by 98blazeron6s

If your soooo rich, then why are you so damn cheap? your the one asking what the minimum is you can do to get away with shoe horning those huge ghetto rollers on your truck? If ya have so much money to drop 5 grand on some wheels, and another 1200 on tires, why not do the rest of the truck correctly and just spend the 1500 bucks on a much needed 5" or 6" complete suspension lift? Also again since your so well off... spending another 1200 bucks on a nice 13" front brake kit shouldnt bother you one bit so you can actually stop the damn thing.

Quote: Originally Posted by 98blazeron6s

its not a donk? what is it then? lifted rig on huge "brotha" style 26" wheels.. umm yeah sounds like a donk ride to me. Its surely not a bubble or a box either? Well blazers are boxes on wheels, so we can call it a box if that makes you feel better?
