Reverse Lights Flicker

When my truck is in reverse the light sometimes flickers on and off. The trailer light harness had been spliced into the tailights when i bought it, so I removed the harness and retaped the wires back individually. Im not sure if they flickered before i did this or not...any help?

Re: Reverse Lights Flicker

shouldnt as most harnesses dont have a wire for reverse lights.

its probably either a loose/dirty connection somewhere. if thier both flickering equally then id suggest looking at the switch thats mounted on the transmission
