no power anywhere...HELP!!!

ok so yesterday i was filling my edc and accidently touched rachet to battery terminal..its happens i mean who hasnt done that right?
after i had filled and put fill plug back on i ran the truck for a few mintues, had the stereo going, truck was aired up,aired down, side to side a few times, everything was fine.
10 minutes later i turned the truck off and aired down the rear first and my valves took forever to air out and then so did the front. usually my truck lays hard so i was very surprised when this happend.
ever since then i have no power in my truck at all.
wont start
no accesories
switchbox wont even click valves
nothing period

i checked all the fuses and they are fine. underhood and even in drivers side door jam. checked battery and even jumped it a little from another truck. battery is good. checked grounds and other wires and everything seems to be good..

what is going on here?? everything still worked normally even after the little spark from batter?
did i fry up my ecu/ecm or something over a stupid love tap from ratchet to battery?

Re: no power anywhere...HELP!!!

98+ trucks have a 150a(i think) relay under the battery tray. Its possible that you blew it.
