NEW FBI TAC Unit HELP PLEASE!!!!

This is not the first time ive ran FBI TAC units for the flush mount leds on my 99s10. I blew the single tac units up that they use to carry and now they have the unit as one and you run both of ur leds off of it.

Here is my problem and ive called them several times and when my truck is running and i turn my lights on, the brakes work as they should. But when i put my turn single on for either the left or right they both blink at the same time, but when the truck is running and the lights are off everything works great.. Ive checkd everything including my grounds and fuses and i get nowhere!!!

Here is how i have it wired from the TAC Unit which is one unit and has 11 wires...

LED1- The RED wire goes to the Red wire on the LED
The BLACK wire goes to the Black wire on the LED
RED- Goes to the Yellow wire which is the Stop/Turn on driver side
WHITE- Goes to the Brown wire which is the Running Light
GREEN- Not Used
BLACK- Grounded to the Chasise

LED2- The RED wire goes to the Red wire on the LED
The BLACK wire goes to the Black wire on the LED
RED- Goes to the Green wire which is the Stop/Turn on Passenger side
WHITE- Goes to the Brown wire which is the Running Light
GREEN- Not Used

If i dont get it working i guess ill have to order another set of flush-mount Leds and put them below the ones i have already and use those for running lights and the top ones for brake/turning lights.. Thanks for the help and time for trying to help me.. Ive got 30 days to get my truck inspected or ive gotta pay a 250 fine and this is one thing that is holding me back...
