how to wire up single wire trailer lights as brake lights

i work at a salvage yard and i found some cool lookin trailer lights that are pointy like the old 50's style caddy tailights and i want to use as temp lights when i shave mine but heres my question. They are only single stage aka they have 1 wire and the mount is the ground. How do i wire these up as brake lights or is it even possible. Cuz i want them to work as brake lights and turn signals. SOMEONE HELP!!!!!

Could you change the bulb and the wires to a dual filiment and just find a junkyard old s10 plug to wire it all up
