Help Please
Well just recently i left my 98 s10 v6 sitting and when i went to start it it wouldnt start it would kick over for a little and then die so i changed the whole fuel pump and it still wont stay on the fuel pump is working but it will start for about 3 sec and then it dies i checked the fuse but i dont know what the problem is if anyone has had the same problem anything will help thanks

the security light stays on when it clicks over the light goes away but then it comes back on and stays

Try leaving your key in the on position for about 10-15 minutes and then try to start it. You may have to do the passlock relearn for the security light.
