gas gauge problems
Ok I just bought a 97 blazer 4x4 and I am having problems with my gas guage...when I start the truck the gas guage bounces around and stays up at full even though I know its lower than what its reading. Also when I hit the turn signals it does the same thing bounces around. I am wondering how to fix this. and would it be easier to just run a new gas guage, if so, Help with that please

Re: gas gauge problems
its not going to fall out once you remove the lower panel under the dash. You are going to have to stick your hand up in the dash and feel for it. If it's a 97 and below, it's in that area of the dash.

Re: gas gauge problems
No I am not sure that this is the problem. I found a solution to the 97 and bleow trucks from my own expirence which was the thread I gave you. I hope this fixes it, but I am not going to say this is excatly what is worng with it.
