what do I have to put HID's on my 96 S10 on my truck I have the sealed bulbs

Your best option is to upgrade to a front end with composite headlights. You can then do a retro from there. If you don't want to do a retro, you can put a pnp kit into a composite headlight. I wouldn't bother with trying to do a H4 conversion.

where can I get a upgraded wiring harness?

You can find some on ebay or lmc. I'm sure there is other lighting sites that make them also.

It's not too hard to make your own.

can you put the hid directly in ur sock headlamp or should you go with projectors?
