Electrical + Audio on Blazer and 'noma

First problem is 2001 GMC Sonoma X-cab 4.3.
I've tried a few different things but my subwoofer still pops. If I turn the blinker on after not useing it after awhile, it pops. If I start the truck, it makes bunch of electrical noise. If I even hit the brakes I'll hear it pop. Also hear engine noise varying with RPMS in it. I have a cd player and don't hear any of these noises in the speakers. I have recently cleaned my battery post and grinded a spot on the frame for a direct frame ground. Still would do it. I even tried temporarily hooking a ground directly up to the battery negative and she'd still make just as much noise. The 2 things I can think of is there's damage to the amp (it dropped off a 4 foot dresser with a loud bang once), or the ground from the battery to frame is crappy. I know about the big 3 and all that but not right now. It's a Profile California series amp. It's a 700w mono, and I do have a 1000w 4chan I can hook up to see if it's an amp problem but before I did, thoughts?

Second problem Girlfriends 2002 Blazer 4 door 4.3.
Her main brake lights do not work. 3rd brake light works fine, turn signals work fine, and running lamps work fine. Replaced bulbs didnt work (noticed bulbs came out were fine anyways but since I had em...), did not find a burned fuse, and don't recall finding a relay for just the brake lights. Thought I should give this one last stab before snow starts flying and she finds herself in an accident or before she stops procrastinating and brings it in. Whichever comes first (blonde girls...)

Just recently, her hatch stopped opening. It worked at one store, went to the next and didn't work anymore. Also her locks do not work with the button on the car doors but the autolocks work fine when you put it in drive and unlock in park. No interior buttons work for locking or unlocking the doors. Think IIRC they unlock with the Key fob. The first day she had the hatch problem, the key fob didn't work on the locks either but started working again.

Thoughts on this one?
