Driving/reverse lights

I was checking my bulb harnesses for what wire was hot and what was ground and somewhere the leads must have crossed and now my reverse lights in my drivers side dont work and my left blinkers are going crazy, I checked the bulbs and none work, I cut the harness to see if they are getting power, nothing. looks like there is a harness with 3 wires going in it and 3 wires going out I havent checked that yet any ideas??
