Cruise control dont work...

I have a 93 S10... the only cool option it has is cruise and it dont even work. ARG! My question is where do I start? Or would it be better to take to a GM dealer? I cant seem to find a fuse for it. Is there even one or is it tied up with something else? I dont think its the switch because blinkers, windshield wiper, squirter, and bright switch all work fine.

'93 S10 357ci, pro comp aluminum heads, lunati voodoo cam, lunati 1.6 roller rockers, Edelbrock air gap, Holley 670 street avenger, headman headers, summit 2 chambers, mallory/msd ignition, in tank pump with holley bypass regulator, 4l60e with transgo hd3 full manual kit and 46 mod vacuum modulator, G80 with 4.11s, slammed with street tires... no traction whatsoever

Mine doesn't work either... and its not the fuse. I'm interested to find out what people have to say.

Heres a suggestion...(I have/had a 1989,1993 & 1994) Behind the distributor there is a vacuum line. It is connected to the intake manifold. Check this connection, and "TEE"s and the vacuum line running to the actuator, the actuator and the cable that runs back over to the throttle linkage. Once I lost the vacuum to the actuator and once I lost the connection to the linkage that "pulls" the throddle. Hope this helps

Re: Cruise control dont work...

in my 98 s10... I have a second "doohicky" just like the wiper and light thing switch, but lower on the steering column, and it doesn't work either... it worked when I got it, but just suddenly stopped workin... I looked into it, found an install manual online... but it might as well have been in chinese... cause it was as confusing as crap... talkin all about vacuums and sht like that...
