1992 s10 fuse panel location

Dumb/ quick question. I just bought a 1992 4x4 for the beach and somewhat of a daily. The dash lights don't work and figured the fuse panel would be the first place to look. I haven't worked on the truck for too long so haven't been able to give time to locate the fuse panel. Thanks guys.

Above the driverside footwell, right above the parking brake pedal, there's a plastic panel cover that says fuse box or something like it. Takes one flathead screw to get it off...
