whats my sonoma worth?
-2003 gmc sonoma
-zq8 suspension and wheels -lowered another 2" front and 3" in the back using blocks and spindals from belltech -4.3 liter motor -91,600 miles (almost all highway) -auto trans with shiftkit -245/50/16 bfg traction ta back tires with only 5,000 miles -245/50/16 bfg g-Force ta kdws front tires with around 15,000 miles -computer tuned for 87 octane performance, no torque management, and no speed limiter -exhaust consists of a custom 2 1/2" y pipe, and 2 1/2" catback with a dynomax stainless muffler -the front cats were removed from the exhaust, the main one was hollowed out -electric fan was installed and turns on when the radiator temp gets to 180 and will continue to run until it gets below 180 -front brakes replaced with new rotors and new pads around 5000 miles ago -has factory cd player and the interior was replaced with seats out of a blazer with a power drivers seat -ac works great -added a flush mount clamp on tonneau cover to try and get better mileage -truck has seen a best of 24mpg driving mostly highway -truck has had amsoil full synthetic since 5000 miles -paint on the truck looks great, absolutely no rust, no dings, no dents, just a few minor rockchips from driving it the bad: after lowering the truck (around 10,000 miles) i had a abs light come on and just kept driving it and never had it looked at, while it has new pads/rotors, it could use some new calipers (one of them sticks a little when you apply the brakes) i dunno if this is the right section to post something like this, but just trying to get a general idea what i should ask for my truck, i was thinking around $8000. lmk what you guys think |

IMO $8k is high for an 03, even with what you've got in it. I'd say $3500-4500 is more accurate. IT IS a 6 year old truck, and from where I sit, modification reduces value over a stock vehicle.

S10's aren't worth much, even new. Looks like a nice truck, but I agree with BOB, 6k is you are lucky and can find a buyer. Indiana isn't the greatest place to sell a vehicle, especially one that is common.

That's a pretty clean truck. Any more information on the ABS light? Maybe we can try to help you diagnose it so that won't bring the price down. S10 ABS systems are fairly easy to figure out.

When did it get so serious? it seems I have hit a nerve ,becuase you are unable to use kbb.com nada.com go your local dealer and find out what your s-10 is worth. It is a S-10 It is a POS Just like my 99 was and just like my blazer I have now. Just like 90% of the s-10's ever made S-10's were made to be cheap POS.
