I always expect that to happen on jobsites. If you are not authorized to park there than of course actions will be taken. I have seen LULL's (equipment in video) used to move heavier vehicles than that one before. The construction company should counter sue for emotional distress that the employee suffered as his nuts when his throat the moment the car flipped over.
