I had some of the same issues. Their management didn't impress me, or customer service. They just kept saying it was my fault...after literally more then 10 phone calls in 6 weeks...that isn't me, especially if I am never home, and I don't touch it ever except to use the internet or change the channel when I had it. Besides that I ordered DVR...I got, just digital cable, then they charged it to me as a DVR...that got refunded quickly and a 25 dollar credit toward my next bill at least.

^I'd say they were sitting close to a light; and the S10 got nailed by something large enough to push each vehicle into the next..(the big full size truck behind it)....and at a high rate of speed....especially seeing how much damage was done to the truck AND, taking into consideration how much damage was just done to 10below's truck when it was only hit at 20 mph by a Honda. This white S10 has WAY more damage, don't ya think?!

That sucks... also why I stop at least one to two car lengths behind the person in front of me so I can have some distance. Didn't use to until I got rear ended and almost hit the vehicle in front of me.

I think that fullsize hit EVERYTHING at once on the back of that S10.........and it looks like the top of the fullsize front bumper hit rigth below the taillight lense. Had it hit the lense directly it would have blown out in a million pieces......as most do! LOL! So, if the S10 even had a rear bumper on it (can't tell), it would have been nailed too. I tend to think he was rolling with out a rear bumper (not that that would have helped him out much in this case); and the right rear frame rail looks like it might be pushed to the driver's side some.....pulling the leafs in that direct in relation to the wheel.......again, kind of hard to tell. The impact also made the spare tire drop out too! LOL!

Also, take a look at where the exhaust pipe (low enough to not get hit) is in relation to the back of the bed that got pushed upward too.
