Post your Garage/Shop !
I've done some searching and havent had a lot of results so I decided to make this thread,
I thought it would be cool to see and share eachothers garage/shop layouts and designs, how you have everything set up. Ive seen some pretty sick setups before just curious what the s10 guys have haha! I wish I had a garage to post up but nope still living with the rents one of these daysReally hoping to move out and build somewhat of a garage in the next couple years. Anyway, post up what you have! Inside and out! Im excited as F%*k!

Found www.garagejournal.com about 4 days ago and have spent many hours looking at everyone's builds. Some are just plan nuts.

Re: Post your Garage/Shop !
Just went and took some pictures of mine. I did most of my bodydrop in this tiny thing, due to my parents not letting me use theirs because they didn't want me to do it. lol. I try to keep it clean and organized due to the space.

Re: Post your Garage/Shop !
I'd show you pics of my garage but with the exploded view of the 1st gen dime and the Avenger in there, there is not enough space inside to take a picture of. Nothing like building an extended cab longbed in a garage that is barely long enough to fit one.

Re: Post your Garage/Shop !
Here is the best picture I have right now of my garage (took it after I blacked out my grill). Nothing fancy but serviceable for me.
It has 2 car and a half bays with an attached carport. It was built sometime in the mid 50's and was used as a garage/tire shop in the late 50's early 60's. You can see my 72 Plymouth project peeking out of the other bay. It is deeper than it looks, my wifes four wheeler is behind my truck from where I have been working on it.

Re: Post your Garage/Shop !
I don't have any pics since it was 25 yrs ago, but We did a shop for a guy and I had the idea to put lights in the floor under the lift. We ran the conduit, set up the boxes to install single 48" fluorescent light in it, used 1/4" plexiglass with 8 panhead screws and foam door strip to seal them. Poured the floor and in the end it was BADASS. Flip the switch and the whole underside of the car was lit up. The guy was ecstatic. He didn't know we were doing it and ended up paying us an extra $500 for the hellofit. We did 4 more shops like that for customers. One day, I'll do my own when I have a full shop to have a lift.
