New Owners Introduction

Hi guys, Im sure you have some questions about what is going on within the forum right now and who the hell I am.

Well my name is Stew and I am a community Director for Autoguide.com and Autoforums.com. AutoGuide.com manages a number of automotive related communities offering enthusiast specific content and resourceful information to help out anyone looking for that rare question.

What are our intentions?

Well, we bring to the table a staff and an infrastructure that can ensure S10forum will be around for years. Its our goal to provide the resources required to have a broader reach and attract more knowledgeable hardcore enthusiasts to contribute that knowledge to the community. We have a tech staff that is essentially on call 24/7 should there be any issues with connectivity.

Will the leadership change?

Absolutely not. The Admins and Mods here are the ones that know you the best. They know what rules apply to this community and who all the trouble makers are haha. Each Community is vastly different from the next so it’s important that the rules and regs in which you guys have been familiar with in the past stay in place to keep things the same.

What will my Roll be?

Well I will primarily be a technical contact. I will check the site daily to make sure that if there are issues that they are handled promptly and correctly. We will work behind the scenes to make sure everything is working smoothly.

Also we will make a few changes which you might like. The Classifieds will no be a pay per use feature, so it will be free. However myself and the other Mods are still working on a way to make it run effectively and make sure all who use it are safe or as safe as possible from scammers.

I have also seen some interest in stickers. I am working on a way to get them incorperated into the Donating members group.

If there are any question Please feel free to ask. I dont have all the answers just yet as we have been working to fix some of the issues on the site. If you have not checked yet you will notice that the Drop down issues with the Dark skin have been fixed. If something is still broken please feel free to post here or PM me.

Welcome to YOUR forum LOLOLOL. Anyway, since you are fixin things, on the main screen it still says under the ad that registered members wont see the ads. Dunno if fixin that is in the works or not but it is just a suggestion.

i hope you guys can improve on this site. not that it needed much attention but the little things would be nice to have fixed. and with free classifieds, i see those becoming as busy as they once were.

if you guys are looking for any new mods, i would be willing to donate some of my time as well.
