Sometimes, they're not there anymore, and sometimes they just move up, or down on the list... someone hit me up 3 times in a row, and took over 50k each time as well. Another time, someone got $100,000 from me.

Okay, so here are some tips I came up with for making quick cash, and to help you avoid making bad buisness decisions... first of all, the yacht harbor, and yacht are a waste of cash, if you're just looking to buy them for the mission, because the boat has upkeep on it(35K), and you've gotta spend over 14 million just to get everything, and the payout is only $800,000 MAX, and it takes 30 energy to do the mission anyway. The federal reserve is where the money's at! You get 35 mobsters rounded up/recruited, then buy 5 APC Vehicles which are LESS than 35K to upkkep, and when you do the mission, you get 2-4 million every time, but it takes a lot of energy to do the mission, because it's more like doing 3 missions. The casino mission is alright, but it costs 40 million to buy the casino, and in some cases end up with no meny from the mission, because it's a gamble. Also, you'll need 50 members/mobsters to do this mission. I say just buy the casino, and collect the income.
