Mobilizing to Louisiana for fun in the mud!

Just got the call this morning, I'm going down to work a security mission due to the hurricane. Should be fun, it will be nice to get away from my desk for a little while and do something real.

So if your around there and you see a SSG Henry come say hi or throw something at me or something LOL...

hopefully for you they dont have idiots running around with sniper rifles shooting at red cross and rescue workers like the after Katrina.

I dont think this hurricane will be as bad, though i hope im right. You never know how much damage will be, especially with how poorly constructed New Orleans is.

I just hope they move scrappin next year. it's to damn small in that arena and we wern't even aloud to "scrape the coast" without getting tickets

i met a guy saturday that is in the air guard in MS. He said he was flying up to kansas on sunday so they would have a couple planes out of the way of the storm.

If you get a chance, go to fatcats on Bourbon. lol. I had a dumbass friend that decided to stay. So apparently a good bit of the staff stayed up there. So might be able to get some stiff drinks. haha.

Yeah, not gonna have much chance to have fun here....

I'm on day 4 with about 5 hours of sleep total.. Dan this sucks. At least we finally got up on internet, but now I am expected to be tied to my computer all day. So why the fuk did I leave Kansas? I get to go do fun stuff once in awhile though.

They have thought about moving it before, but it has come no where near happening. Last year was the worst because the coliseum was under construction as was hwy 90. The coliseum wont be near as bad next year
