He's (Lesnar) calling Fedor out 3 fights into his career. He's disrespectful.

Secondly, Chuck's gameplan has been cracked. People know he floats that left hand out there to set up his right hand and does little to nothing else. People time that and that's what happened last night.

I don't think Brock called him out; Brock told people to shut up about Fedor during a press conference when people wouldn't STFU and focus on Coture/Lesnar, which was the only topic of the press conference. (I found a clip of it over the weekend, it's pretty funny). People love to hate this guy, but love him or hate him at least there's some action in the HW div now, as opposed to watching Timmy in any form or fashion.

Fedor however reportedly said that Brock would be a fight he'd like to have.

Rumor? That is one hell of a PR stunt. They have vids up of the phone interview with media. As well as fight listing on the ufc page and tickets on sale.

I think he means Fedor/Lesnar, not Randy/Lesnar

Ah, I thought when he said "its not actually ganna happen" he was talking about the Couture/lesner fight because that is the only thing that I have heard talked about. Reading>me. lol. Um the Evan Tanner thing is kinda crazy. Waiting for more answers.

are you kidding? Fedor is nothing that special. Thats what they do to build up fights. There is nobody that even matches up with lesnar in the heavy weight division with his size and speed. Give him a little more time and he will be destroying people.

Are you fvcking kidding me?

Fedor's hit list:
-Time Sylvia
-Mark Hunt
-Cro Cop
-Antonio Rodrigo Noguiera (2X)
-Kevin Randleman
-Heath Herring
-Semmy Schilt
-Renato Sobral
-Ricardo Arona

Nothing special huh? Get out of here. You obviously are a UFC nuthugger who started watching last year. Thats 2 former UFC HW champions, the current UFC MW champ twice, and Cro Cop, who many believed at the time, was the most dominant fighter in the game.

Brock has beaten 1 person in the UFC. Big fvcking deal. He's not even close to Cotoure's level IMO. That's not to say I'm not excited for him... but you're letting the fact that you're from Minnesota get to your head, much like I do with Rich Franklin.

I'm pretty sure I know why they shit talk man.. I've been watching MMA for a hell of a long time.

Thank You for posting this, I almost had a stroke I got so fvcking angry reading that post. Fedor is the greatest HW of all time, and if anyone can't understand that they can go watch wrestling or something else.

Here's one of my favorites. Especially the nipple part. What the hell was up with Rashad tweaking his nips before the fight anyway?

RIP Evan Tanner!! Great guy!! I remember him from back in the day, and whether he was winning or losing, always respected him. He wasn't a shit talker, and he wasn't fake. Great guy, too bad he had to pass on at only 37 years old!!

Supposedly St. Pierre started doing the nipple thing becuase he was told it would be bring good before a fight. Rashad did it more as a inside joke with his camp and that he figured it wouldnt hurt his chances. lol

Re: MMA Thread

I know this kinda drifts back to the beginning of the post but the Lesnar/Couture is part of a "tournament". The winner will fight the winner of Nog/Mir to unify the belts. I think nog is the interim champ or someshit. Im not saying couture didnt want to but he's fighting because Dana got him legally by the sac. Ahh who cares I want to see Wanderlei fight soon!

Re: MMA Thread

There were alot of factors as to why Randy left the UFC for a while, but I understand why he did.
He was supposed to get a fight with a Fedor, and that never happened. Randy doesnt have anything left to prove, he has competed with the best, and done beat the best. If he loses now, so what, he is competing at an age which most fighters could never do......and Randy has still been dominant (besides the losses to Chuck Liddel of course).

Round 2 should've been 10-8 IMO.

I don't think they give any credit for escaping submissions; the RNC escape that Matt pulled off in round 1 should've counted for something for sure.

Same here, but I'm going to try and forget that and enjoy 3 good HW fights to unify the title as opposed to just 1.

It might've been because Mir v. Nog was already set up via TUF; if you think about it TUF was signed much earlier and Randy just came back - You eff Mir out of a promised shot if you put Nog in front of Randy first then you could expect a lawsuit to follow.

I honestly want to see Mir make a comeback; I'm interested to see how he does on TUF.

i do agree that it was onesided enough to be 10-8, but you usually can't really take that extra point away unless the guy was damn near knocked out. . .he took some alot of punishment in that round, but i never thought he was in danger of being knocked out or submitted. . .thats just my opinion though. . .

It's ok though. No one gave Matt much of a chance in that fight, you know? He held his own and gave out a beating. The UFC will keep him around if he keeps performing like that. Look at Clay Guida, you know?

Rmoore, I'll be in Indy soon... Want to meet up and get a few beers or something?

Brocks best chance is early on! There is no way he could go 5 rounds with Couture. Giant Freak show doesn't have the cardio to hang with Cpt America! Have you seen how much energy he wastes running and shooting. Granted he moves his giant ass pretty quick but that won't be happening past 2nd round.
