Is a power mirror an "electrical part"?

I am asking because I can't call the place that I bought it from until the morning.

"No returns on discontinued or electrical parts".

I view an electrical part as something like a relay or pollution control part. A mirror is a mirror to me, since some are still manual these days.

Definately electric, it's got a motor on the inside and it's got a connector on the back.

No problem at all with the part. I backed the father in law's mirror into the garage pillar, since the truck is only about an inch narrower than the garage. I ordered a mirror and he ordered one, but he can cancel his since he just ordered it. I was too busy at the time trying not to back into a car.

Well I think in that case you could if you explain the situation. Is it from a dealer?

It's from a dealer online. I think I am going to keep it after seeing a 20% restocking fee on the invoice.

Re: Is a power mirror an "electrical part"?

I think its not an electrical part since the motor is kind of a minor piece of it.

Re: Is a power mirror an "electrical part"?

does it have electricity flowing into it?. . .is it a part that can get screwed up if you run power to it incorrectly?. . .if your answer is yes to both of these questions, it probably is considered an electrical part. . .
