i have had three of them, all with trunks, not hatches. i loved those cars. the only real issue i had was with the gas tank. the fill tube was metal, and rusted out on two of them. i did have the rearend lock up on me in one of them while i was on the interstate. good times. the last one we put a 22r motor in, not really a powerhouse, but more than the stock motor. never drifted any of them. lol

how come you didnt drift them lol a friend of mine has a mr2 i think its called and its turboed and done up adn he said i can pretty much use the same motor as a mr2

Ps he makes 520hp

yea this ones not to bad just the rear on one side has a small hole but it looks like soemthing went threw it not so much rot but for $200 i cant really go wrong even it it blows up in 3months

It's a quick fix at the track. You tend to hit the wall a lot. But now, a lot of them just wear it as badges to show they drift.

edit; just as a side not, a guy i went to school with had two ae86 corollas. they were ugly as hell to look at but pretty sick cars for drifting. he hit the mall doing 60 km/h while drifting the parking lot and ended that pretty quick haha, then he just sold the other one cause he got into way to trouble with them.
