Re: How does this work?

it's not photoshopped...OP, that was actually a carshow from myrtle beach, probably some 8, 9 years ago, at least. but you probably already knew that...if you were on ssm and found it...or maybe you just blindly came across it randomly.

Re: How does this work?

wow thats almost a 90 degree angle. considering theres no gas tank or anything (from the looks, might be one hidden) and a driveshaft cant bend like that, unless they converted it to front wheel drive, theres no way that would drive. which im sure has already been established, im just reassuring my own beliefs haha

Re: How does this work?

Nope, a lot of lowrider cars are setup like that for the hopping competitions, every one I have seen was pushed into the arena.

THATS BECAUSE THE DRIVESHAFT HAS TO BE REMOVED TO GET THE IT SO FAR UP AND IT HAS A RWD REAREND SO IM GOING TO SAY YES IT IS DRIVEABLE IF IT HAS A DRIVESHAFT PUT IN IT AND THE REAREND IS LOWERED

The driveshaft can stay in. It just needs to be in the proper position when raising the rear. And in some hopping contests, the vehicle MUST be driven onto the stage.

Re: How does this work?

the front wheels have to at least 8" off the ground.
i saw a yellow nissan a few years ago that had some insane lift, he had bags on the 2-link bars all the way under the cab. probably 7-8' bars. thats my guess here
