How can I get rid of someone elses dog?

Neighbors have 4 dogs(flea infested muts), 2 of which bark a lot, and the other 2 stay tied up. One has the most annoying sounding bark and the other night barked from 7pm to 6am with a total of maybe a 1 hour break in between those times.

I've been saying I'm going to do something about it for a couple weeks now, but last night I seen pee on my wheels. Their dogs are the only ones around here and 3 of them are males. I know I got stock wheels, but it's the point dammit!

BTW if no one remembers these are the meth heads and no they still haven't been caught and I've talked to so many cops I'm sick of it.

They don't have a vehicle so people just come and pick/drop them up/off so I don't know when they're home or not. How the hell can I get rid of these two dogs? I'd just shoot them, but the neighbors would hear that and know what happened and we have an Italian Greyhound so poison is out of the question.

if your law enforcement is so bad that they dont do anything about possible drug use in the house - then goodluck getting the dogs out of there


If you call animal control all they are going to do is ask the owners to try to keep the barking down - if the dogs are being kept in half decent conditions, are being fed, and seem half-taken care of, then they arent going to remove the dogs, especially over barking.

the dogs are the least of your problems, figure out this meth deal.

call animal control and say they were trying to attack your dog and are a nusance

well I think they've quit cooking the Meth because I haven't smelled anything in about a month, they're no longer manufacturer they're just retailers. I mean every now and then a cop will drive by(we live out of town on a small road so they don't ever come out here anyway), but it's seldom.

I've thought about calling the humane society, because I really don't think they're feeding the dogs, they come over here and to the neighbors all the time to eat scraps, yeah I know that's normal, but they look skinny too and I know they're not taking them to the vet for anything. One of the dogs has a bad limp that they've never seen about so maybe I can get them on neglect or something.

Sounds like you have a legit complaint. Call em up. They'll come out.

id say cell them up, express concern over their well being(NOT THEIR BARKING PROBLEMS) and they could possibly do something about it, be even better if you call them up while the dogs are running around the neighborhood that way you can SHOW them that the dogs arent being kept in 1 area and let free to do whatever they want.

They'll be coming out today or tomorrow. They said if the owners aren't there and what I've said appears to be true then they'll seize the dogs. I hope they will because I just yelled at one of the dogs that's out front and they didn't come outside, which is what they usually do if they're at home. It'd be awesome if they came home to no dogs lol.

i hope you called the ASPCA over the animal control people. . .ASPCA will try to clean them up and see if they are adoptable. . .animal control is more likely to put them down

Doesnt really matter, there are too many dogs out for adoption right now. With the housing market going soft, cost of food and transportation going up, people are finding themselves in a situation where they are 1) getting booted out of their house and have no where to take the animals, or 2) they cant afford to take care of their animals anymore.

And before anyone says outcome 2 is pathetic, realistically, it cost 1k-1.5k per year for a medium sized dog. Vets aint cheap, and then the reoccuring costs such as supplies, and some entertainment for the animal as well.

Everyone should get an Italian greyhound they don't eat anything. She's extremely healthy and very smart. Only costs about $350-$450 a year counting vet/food/treats.

see if you can find one of those bobcats that's been bred into a housecat. They're like large housecats, but have tufted ears, larger legs, streaked colors, and are generally wild and mean as shit.

them things will tear the **** out of a dog if it tried messin with it.

Dog people take that shit way to seriously. Personally, I'd stay up late one night and play paintball with the dogs. They'd be polkadotted by morning. For fun, aim for their tiny nuts. If you do that, though, you have to use blue paint. It's mandatory.

I one pumped a crossman air rifle and gave the neighbors cat a bb to the marble bag because the little POS was spraying the wall next to the front door I guess to intimidate my cat. He was all stetched out in the sun just enjoying the porch and THWAP! within the next second he was two yards away and yowling about the sting. Now he sits on our cars, wont come near the porch. Hes not very friendly either, always swiping at the kids. I think if I ran him over it would cheer him up, maybe.
