Heartbeat Edition S-10?

Is this some kind of special edition S-10? Found it in a parking lot Tuesday night so the pics are crappy, took them from in a car real quick, besides the fact that they're cellphone pics.

just an old chevy slogan i believe. i have "heartbeat of america" on my 90 fullsize where the 4x4 sticker usually is.

Knew about it being the Chevy slogan, just wondering if they incorporated it into a special edition S-10

Autozone stickers, the heatbeat pinstripe used to be a common dealer add on around here in the early 90s.
