she just got in the shower. and its almost midnight. i go to start closing the windows and turn on the air. i see her phone turn on and get a text message. its from some guy name adam. saying that he will call her when he gets home. so once she leaves tonight. her shit is going into the spare bedroom. i knew she was seeing someone.

Good advice, except for the curb part. If someone steals her stuff he could be liable. Pick a day when she will be gone and:

2. Take her stuff to her parents, or even a storage unit. Inventory it and get a signed receipt.
3. Have a printed copy of lease ready for the police, she will call them.
4. You get over a woman by getting on top another one.

The facts here are very simple:

3. She has not lived up to her end of your endgame agreement (because she does not respect you)
4. Your name is on the lease and you are the sole occupant
5. HER FINDING A PLACE IS HER FUCKING PROBLEM, NOT YOURS. SHE BLEW HER OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE THIS EASY ON HERSELF.

Call the local PD, explain the situation, and ACT on their reccomendation. More than likely they're going to tell you to neatly pack her shit, get the locks changed, then leave said shit on the curb for her to take wherever she may go. If she has parents, perhaps even drop the shit off at her parents then send her a text to let her know where she can find her things.

You need to respect yourself dude; she is playing you like a fiddle and expecting that you take it because you "love" her.

Start your paper trail man. Remember whoever calls the cops 1st gets the automatic title of being a victim (until they find something that proves otherwise), so they will be more willing to work with you before her hopefully. I work maintenance in apartments and whenever shit goes down that we are aware of we are the 1st to call police. It's really not all that bad of a process to evict people if they are truly deadbeats. Also just because it's your place doesn't mean she won't get you kicked out! My mother got my sister kicked out of her place for a night while she was a guest because my sister was throwing a party that was wayyy too f***ing loud and my mom had work at 5. Because my mom was the one to call the cops they listened and trusted her more than my sister. Just something to think about, especially if it goes to court it's best to have that documentation on your side.

-You two broke up.

-You agreed to let her stay until she found a place/got money for it. Which was a nice gesture, and not an uncommon thing.

-The PROBLEM was that you THOUGHT you could handle that (her staying in the same house), BUT you started getting jealous about what she was doing. You two are broken up, but you are acting like the jealous boyfriend still. And you acting like that, is causing her to act like she is, thus creating these fights. The facts here are very simple: 1. YOU ARE BROKEN UP 2. She does not respect you 3. She has not lived up to her end of your endgame agreement (because she does not respect you) 4. Your name is on the lease and you are the sole occupant 5. HER FINDING A PLACE IS HER FUCKING PROBLEM, NOT YOURS. SHE BLEW HER OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE THIS EASY ON HERSELF. Call the local PD, explain the situation, and ACT on their reccomendation. More than likely they're going to tell you to neatly pack her shit, get the locks changed, then leave said shit on the curb for her to take wherever she may go. If she has parents, perhaps even drop the shit off at her parents then send her a text to let her know where she can find her things. Remember whoever calls the cops 1st gets the automatic title of being a victim (until they find something that proves otherwise), so they will be more willing to work with you before her hopefully. I work maintenance in apartments and whenever shit goes down that we are aware of we are the 1st to call police. It's really not all that bad of a process to evict people if they are truly deadbeats. Also just because it's your place doesn't mean she won't get you kicked out! My mother got my sister kicked out of her place for a night while she was a guest because my sister was throwing a party that was wayyy too f***ing loud and my mom had work at 5. Because my mom was the one to call the cops they listened and trusted her more than my sister. Just something to think about, especially if it goes to court it's best to have that documentation on your side.
