Dually Suburban **Pics**

I spotted this on the way to my girlfriend's house... I always thought about doing this, but I've never seen it done. Looks like the original axle, and one of those JCW dually kits. It doesn't look too bad either, minus the dually flares not being color matched to the truck properly. A 4-6" drop in that thing would look

first one i've seen of that body style. should have axle swapped the rear and got the spacers for the front, would have looked better

Re: Dually Suburban **Pics**

I think the two biggest problems (look-wise) are the fact that the flares aren't color matched, and they didn't extend or remove the trim - which makes the flares look out-of-place.

they only have a 4 door. these 6 or 8 door things lifted up on such a high chassis are a freaking waste and compensation for something. SD uses theirs for serious towing. most people who buy these just want to look cool.

if it was longer and the axle was pushed back and the "bed" part was where the axle is..it could be better but a good idea

theres one of those dually burbans thats red in color around here, the kid that dirves it is some little Hs kid arounjd the area and he DOGGS the piss out of it, like he used to take it to the local hangout spot and try to do donuts and burnouts in it, and I would have seriously thought he woulda blown the motor in it by now but its still kickin.

the company that owns that f650 site, and did the Miami dolphins truck is located here in Augusta Georgia. i was at their shop one day while they were building that truck. The owner of the Dolphins owns it. He lives in Florida and has a big ass boat, and cars and all kinds of shit that he uses it to tow.

their biggest customers are ranchers who use the 4 door trucks as trucks. they get them with the caterpillar diesel and 4x4 conversion. alot of people who compete with horses get the trucks with Kelderman air ride in the front, so they can tow the 30 foot, air conditioned horse trailer.

its gotta be sweet to wipe your ass with $100's

BINGO!!! They make a kit to convert suburbans or 1500/2500 silverados into duallies, it brings the rear axle and the flares. I'll see if i can find the site

^^ Already seen that truck.

I figured it was the JCW dually kit, but I don't think JCW sells the "special" flares for the burbans.
