Auto parts warehouse

Has anyone ever done business with these guys? If you have what would you rate your experience?

I placed an order with then almost 2 weeks ago now for a daystar body mount bushing, and I still have no tracking number and no product. So far I am very dissatisfied with them, and their customer service hasn't been stellar either. They seem to not be able to give me a straight answer on my items, just that it will be shipped directly from daystar and will take 10-14 days from the time of the order(Wednesday Feb 13th) to arrive at my door. Yet a still have nothing information on if it has even shipped...

yes I have , ordered new AC Delco clutch from them and it was missing release bearing (kit said it was included ). trying get them to replace missing piece was like pulling teeth ....never did get bearing and I will NEVER buy from them again !

usautoparts.net, autopartswarehouse.com, and partstrain.com are all part of a huge aftermarket replacement parts warehouse in Carson, CA. I bought from the warehouse directly in person many times, never had any issues.

The websites, including all the tech support and sales staff you contact through the sites' chat, email, and phone numbers are handled by overseas call centers. I've had issues with them when trying to asking several different times if parts are in stock at the warehouse, they feed me bullshlt about how you can not buy from the warehouse directly and such (now I have the warehouse's direct # to call and ask). They operate as a separate (and apparently rival) sales department from the warehouse sales department.

I purchased a fuel tank from them a few weeks ago. Customer service sucks. I never got a tracking # or an email saying it was shipped, i called them after a few days and they told me it was sent out via usps, came a few days later by fedex. lol

STILL NO SHIPPING INFO AND IT GOT BUMPED TIL MONDAY!!

I am raging right now.. If it doesn't ship monday someone will be getting a very shitty call from me.

If it really is coming directly from the manufacturer, it's really, not their fault.

Maybe, try calling the manufacturer, if possible and see what they have to say.

just called daystar as per deebeez suggestion.. well the part I ordered turned out to be on back order... once again this all still falls on auto parts warehouse. Instead of just saying "The part you ordered is on back order, we are not sure when it will ship." They just kept jerkin me around and pushing back the ship date..

My money will be spent else where next time.

my part is shipping today, Daystar just got the part in today from their manufacturer, no need for me to get a refund.
