He says hes owned guns all his life but wanted to buy an ar to understand the process? This absolutely burns me up inside. I do not believe for 1 second that sack of doody had any intention of giving the gun to the police until he got exposed.

Pack it up, pack it in, let me begin, I came to win

The media lies all the time. The liberals cant help themselves. They'll kill innocent children to push their agenda.

"The police cannot protect the citizen at this stage of our development, and they cannot even protect themselves in many cases. It is up to the private citizen to protect himself and his family, this is not only acceptable, but mandatory."
-Jeff Cooper

the reason you can't find ammo anywhere, is because the govt is buying it up
in the billions.....dohs has bought so much ammo, it's basically impossible
to buy it anywhere because there just isn't any....makes perfect sense.....can't take the guns.......just take the ammo

its true - weve been out of 9mm, .45, .22l, for a long time around here. can still find .357 every now and then and most of the larger calibers like 30-06...

one i dont understand is .22 stuff being all gone.

Re: assualt weapons Ban Thread

More and more people have gone to reloading trying to get around the ammo shortage so much that the reloading supply is even getting short. I was laughing at the comment of the gov buy all the ammo, I can see a the army using zombie max ammo, lol

It'll go through the body armor I wear for work =/ So if push came to shove, .22 rounds wouldn't be a bad thing to have. Especially if it was .22 or nothing.

ahh yea ive heard the .17hmr will def go thru armor but i didnt know .22 would too. i heard .22 is almost worse than a larger caliber because it fragments smaller and can rip more up inside the body as it doesnt usually penetrate all the way thru. also bounces off larger bones instead of shattering them.

i wish i could get hi cap mags for my marlin 795... or my ruger MKIII that thing is a tack driver haha

Re: assualt weapons Ban Thread

My friend is in the army and had a spare piece of the military armour the troops are wearing.

It stopped a 45 long colt at any range, also 9mm, .38 special and .40, but any rifle round would fly right through.

We shot a .30-30 at it and the round hit in same spot as the .45 and the lead was still there and it blew both rounds out the back and through the metal sign the armour was hanging off. Even in good spots, or doubled up .30-30 would pass through. (also tried 308 and 30-06)

But for the hand guns even shooting in the same place at close range it'd stop the rounds.
